KP H
Hydrocarbons Solvent Vacuum Cleaning Machines
The cleaning machines of the KP H series use AIII class hydrocarbon solvents which are an effective and valid alternative to chlorinated
solvents because of there limited environmental impact. Thanks to their vacuum-sealed washing cycle to – 999 mbar, their great flexibility of use, the superb equipment as standard and the wide range of available accessories, the cleaning machines of the KP H series ensure compliance with the most stringent regulations and the best quality
results on the goods treated.
Technology:
The extremely wide variety in the geometry and materials of the goods and the wide range of the contaminants present on the pieces require the application of multiple actions (mechanical and chemical) in order to guarantee the best washing results.
The IFP vacuum cleaning machines meet the requirements of cleaning and degreasing with impeccable results ; the main characteristic of the whole production is the wholly vacuum-sealed cleaning cycle. This sophisticated technology ensures the best performance available on the market and compliance with the strictest environmental regulations.
The best quality cleaning: the vacuum-sealed treatment ensures the best cleaning obtainable on complex surfaces and in limited cavities, down to the microstructure of the sintered materials. The lack of air bubbles in the washing liquid ensures the optimization and homogeneity of the treatment.
The best chemical management of the solvent: the vacuum treatment allows reducing the solvent consumption enormously in comparison with atmospheric cycle washing machines; moreover with a vacuum treatment, the solvent is not thermally stressed and keeps its characteristics for longer.
The best environmental compatibility: the vacuum treatment ensures the best environmental guarantee intrinsically both in the work area and with regards to the outside atmosphere. The vacuum in the machine ensures the airtight sealing of the system and no residue at all on the pieces.
The best performance: the vacuum treatment allows cutting down cycle times and the power used by the system. The saving in cycle time in comparison with an atmospheric cycle washing machine allows increasing productive capacity by 100% and reducing electrical consumption by 50%.
