TOYODA MACHINERY

Sodick's affordable cost  wire EDMs to debut at IMTS

The VZ Series Wire EDMs are an affordable machining solution for the medical, aerospace and energy industries along with cutting tools and other production applications.

The VZ Series comes standard with many high-end features including linear motor axes drives with glass scale feedback, on-board programming, LAN network/1GB USB, high-speed automatic wire threader, energy saving circuit and a 10 year positioning guarantee. Optional indexing axis is available.

The VZ300L has large 14" x 10" x 9" X,Y and Z axes travels and its compact design only occupies a 6' x 7' floor space. The VZ500L has an even larger axis travel rate with 20" x 14" x 10" X, Y and Z axes.

Ganesh highlights multi operation CNC Lathes at IMTS
Ganesh's multi operational CNC lathes provide  several advantages including machine efficiency, quick set up, faster cycle times while completing machining in a single operation.

The seven-axis Cyclone-32 CS 1-1/4" Swiss-type CNC lathe features 28-tools with as many as 11 driven tools for complete part processing. The twin turret lathe is the eight-axis Cyclone-52 TTMY with 32 tools for 2" in bar work. Both the main and subspindle use dead-length collets for part transfer and machining efficiency, including all radial, endworking, and Y-axis live tooling work on both the front and back of the part.

The Cyclone-52 TTMY dual spindle turn and mill center has dual 16-station driven tool turrets (32 tools total) that features high-speed 0.15-second bi-directional indexing and shortest path indexing logic for fast tool changes.
